Congratulations are in order for Eric Church andand his wife Katherine who welcomed their second child into the world. What name did they decide to go with? Tennessee Hawkins Church (they plan on calling him Hawk). He was born on Sunday (February 15) weighing six pounds and 12 ounces.
Church says, “I’m thrilled that Hawk and his mom are doing well. We aren’t sleeping very much, but we are enjoying every part of this incredible journey. I’m very blessed and thankful.”
The Churches have an older son, Boone McCoy, who is three-years-old.
Eric Church delivered an unforgettable night of acoustic music in Salt Lake City over the weekend. Most of his band and crew got the stomach flu, but Church took the stage anyway.
He told the crowd, “We had no one to hang video, lights, nothing. But I’m still here… I’m going to give you everything I got.”
Jason Aldean and his fiance Brittany Kerr celebrated their engagement last Saturday night with a party and Nashville’s swanky Citizens Club.
TONS of Aldean’s best friends were there including Eric Church and Luke Bryan!The guests at the party were treated to fun a night that included a photo booth. They plan to get married later this year.

Eric Church landed a coveted spot preforming on The Grammy Awards on February 8th. However, there might be a little issue he will have to deal with. Church and his wife Catherine are expecting their second child around the same time!
“I told my wife, if you can just make it till the day after the Grammys we’re good,” He said. Church added, “What ever happens after that, so. It’s going to be close.”

Congratulations are in order for Eric Church and his wife Katherine, as they recently announced that they are expecting baby number-two!
During his show in Louisville last Thursday night, Church made a subtle reference to the impending birth by changing the lyric in his song “Sinners Like Us” from “give my dad a grandson” to “give my dad another grandson.”
It didn’t take long for his publicist to acknowledge upcoming birth. However, they did not share any information on when the baby is due. Church and his wife have a son, Boone, who will turn three next month.
One thing that you can say about country music fans is that when the sun is out, we want to have fun! It doesn’t matter if you live in the south (minimal winter) or up north (lots of winter), during the summer months, we enjoy seeing our favorite artists perform outdoors at a festival or in a stadium.
There have been some pretty big tours lately like Kenny Chesney w/ Eric Church, Luke Bryan is starting to play football stadiums, Jason Aldean loves to play baseball stadiums and of course, Taylor Swift can play at just about any type of stadium she wants. Well, what if next summer a couple of those artists team up to make a massive tour? Say, Kenny Chesney and Jason Aldean?
Well, Chesney has a new album coming out this fall (so does Aldean) and I would be willing to bet that he is just itching to get back out on the road and play in front of HUGE crowds again. How could Chesney make it the biggest tour he has ever had? Bring Aldean along to either open right before him OR…even cooler idea…have two stages and let them both go back and forth with their music! Honestly, how awesome would that be!?!?
I have NO idea if this would ever happen but I have my fingers crossed. Besides, it could explain what they were doing together hanging out recently at a Buffalo Wild Wings…
